Open Positions

Lawn Technician

Applications are currently being taken for the position of Lawn Service Applicator. This is a full-time position: Monday through Friday. One or two years of application experience is preferred. However, consideration will be given to a motivated individual, who is interested in breaking into the “green industry”. If you enjoy working outdoors, are motivated and take pride in doing quality work, contact us.

Duties include driving a company vehicle to various locations throughout the greater Oklahoma City Metroplex to treat lawns with various lawn maintenance products, including herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, fertilizers, and soil amendments. Working hours are flexible within the parameters of 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Occasionally, work on Saturdays will be required to make up for production shortfalls necessitated by weather, or other factors.

Compensation is negotiable, based on experience and other factors. Components of compensation may include hourly wages (including some overtime pay), sales commissions, production commissions, route-growth incentives, and salary, based on the individual employee’s skills and motivations.

Pest Control Technician

The retirement of a senior technician has created an opportunity for an experienced pest control position. An applicant must have a genuine desire to solve pest problems for both residential and commercial customers.

Many accounts are with long-term customers in a preventive phase of service involving regular repetitive quarterly visits, making a genuine friendly personality, good communication and courtesy essential.

The applicant must be self- motivated and have at least two years of experience in the pest control industry. The applicant must be knowledgeable in the proper use and application of a variety of pest control products and methods. Both health and retirement benefits are included.

The current position involves driving a company vehicle equipped to take care of the variety of both indoor and outdoor pest problems that occur. The employee typically receives 8 to 12 customer stops each day. With garaging available, the company vehicle can be driven to and from work.

Lawn & Plant Healthcare Specialist Position

Applicant must have 3+ years of experience in applying products for weed control in lawns; and ornamental tree and shrub healthcare diagnosis and treatment.

Daily duties include driving a 1-ton truck with a spray rig in assigned areas of the greater Oklahoma City area, and applying herbicides, fertilizers, and other plant healthcare products.

Applicant must like people, and have a genuine desire to help them with issues concerning their landscapes.

Position is Full-time. Working hours are primarily Monday-Friday, Saturdays occasionally for catch-up.
